ATL Tech is a local company specialized in Information and Communication Technologies with more than 10 years’ experience in software and mobile application development. Currently we are looking for a “Software Project Manager”.

Excellent theoretical and teaching knowledge of the following objectives:

- Lead a project team in delivering a solution to the customer ;
- Utilizing relevant resources to execute project activates effectively and notifying unsafe conditions to supervisors and seniors for correct actions;
- Coordinating with client project seniors to identify project issues and concerns and making appropriate resolutions in a timely manner;
- Develop project plans including but not limited to goals, identification of risks, budget, resource requirements. This includes the implementation of ITIL across the customer environment;
- Supervises project team and keeps the team morale up;
- Work experience of the basic principles, theories, concepts, and practices in the applicable area of engineering/technical specialization;
- Deliver weekly status meetings with product stakeholders and participating teams;
- Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget;
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects;
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation;

Candidate Qualities:

- Experience 3+ years as a software project manager / IT project management;
- Project Management qualification or equivalent;
- Manage schedule, costs, quality, issue & risk management, communications, and other PMI project management functions;
- Project Management skills are a must (Planning, executing, reporting) ;
- Proficient on Microsoft Project and Microsoft Outlook etc;
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, influence, negotiation, organization & communication skills and Critical thinking and problem solving;
- Ability to work in dynamic environment with flexible approach and open mind
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
- Hands-on experience with JIRA and agile methodologies
- Experience delivering consumer software products is desirable – either as a business analyst, software developer or project manager;
- Good communication skills in English both verbally and in writing

Duties:

Updates manager by consolidating, analyzing, and forwarding daily action summaries;
Maintain contact with clients in order to create a good working relationship that fosters increased sales and customer base;
Assist sales manager in the planning and organization of periodic sales meetings;
Develop strong, positive customer relationships by providing information about orders, answering questions about products, checking in on problems and demonstrating top customer service skills at all times;
Communicate politely and in a friendly manner with potential and existing customers or other individuals when answering the phone and taking messages;
Provide various forms of written communication and correspondence support to sales staff when necessary in the form of letters, emails or notes composed and typed according to company procedures.

Skills and Qualifications:

Outstanding oral and written communication skills;
Regular user of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Excel;
Experience in an office setting;
Bachelor’s degree;
Comfortable working on several projects at once.

Duties:

- Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results;
- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products;
- Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans;
- Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors;
- Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand;
- Completes sales operational requirements by scheduling, following up on work results;

- Implementing sales tactics: how to pitch, pitch scripts, segmenting customers, getting feature gaps with Product and Engineering teams;
- Selling software (SaaS, FinTech), Financial and Services with a focus on SMEs will be an added advantage; 
- 2+ years of previous experience successfully selling technology and/or services within the Financial Services and FinTech industries;
