Administrative Assistant Intern

Position:  Administrative Assistant Internship (Paid)

Job Type Part-time
Job Location: Azerbaijan/Baku


• Receive and direct visitors and clients
• Answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls
• General clerical duties including photocopying, fax and mailing
• Handle requests for information and data
• Resolve administrative problems and inquiries
• Coordinate maintenance of office equipment
• Maintain office supply inventories


• Male
• Student
• Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software
• Good knowledge of Azerbaijani, Russian and English are preferable
• Highly motivated and dependable
• Writing, communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with various departments
• Highly responsible & reliable

Working days: I-VI, working hours: 16:00 – 21:00
